I've put back and improved the affiliation system that I had to remove some time ago because of a few people who didn't respect the rules. 

In a nutshell, if you bring new visitors to Japan-Activator, you'll get 10% of all the contribution points that those visitors get. It's an easy way to get contribution points yourself.
