We worked on it last week and this week-end to make the announcement today: all particle documents now also have audio files.

After the grammar articles, we thought it of interest to create audio files for particles as well so that examples can help you  even more understand how each particle works in an easy manner, and God knows how difficult it can be to understand them! It's one more unique feature on the Internet, I've never seen any website providing so much info about particles with audio examples.

We've also reviewed each particle document, checking detailed info on genuine and authoritative Japanese grammar references. That lead us to change some examples and modify some explanation to improve the general quality and clarity.

For the time being, audio files have been recorded for 30 particles, that is the half. The other 30 ones will be available for the end of the week.

A piece of advice while learning particles: don't try to learn by heart every single usage for each particle. It would lead you to be unbeatable about Japanese particles, but you may well be unable to use them efficiently. But with the audio files, an interesting approach is possible: listen to the examples and try to remember and understand the whole Japanese sentence. You'll naturally assimilate how to use the particle in a real context and in a real Japanese sentence. When you hear it again, you'll naturally understand it. Moreover, you'll be learning new words and get used to Japanese structures this way!

As we did for the grammar documents, this feature is only for Samurai account so that future projects can emerge.
